World Building of the Year 2016
It was one of the finalists for the 2016 World Building of the Year award in the "Mixed Use" category along with 11 other projects worldwide. It was the only Portuguese building, in a list of 343 projects from 58 different countries, divided into 32 categories.

AZ Awards 2016
The AZAwards is a prestigious Canadian competition that every year selects the best in the world of architecture and contemporary design. The Porto Cruise Terminal was selected among 826 projects from more than 50 countries, winning in the "Architecture - Commercial or Institutional Buildings with more than 1000 m2" category.

Seatrade Cruise Awards 2015
It was one of the three finalist ports for the Seatrade Cruise Awards in the category of Best Port of the Year, along with the Port of San Francisco (USA) and the Port of Amsterdam (Netherlands). The winner was the Port of Amsterdam.
